Why Do You Need a Coach?

You do not need a life coach to be happy. Give yourself some credit. You have already accomplished so much, often building your own strategies and support systems along the way. You know yourself better than anyone.

But sometimes, the support you need is not the support you have.

You are capable of figuring things out on your own, and you have already proven that. But you do not have to do it alone. Our network can offer the understanding, perspective, tools, and support you may be craving so you can move toward your goals with greater clarity and confidence.

Meet Russell Clinton

Founder & Neurodivergent Family Coach

Russell Clinton has spent nearly 20 years as an educator, course leader, business owner, and mentor. His work has included leading TESOL programs, supporting people with different learning styles, and building a music academy into a thriving community with more than 100 students and a team of five teachers. Russell is neurodivergent himself. His coaching brings together professional experience, lived experience, and ICF coaching standards to help clients understand how their brain works, recognize their strengths and support needs, and build practical ways to move through everyday life with more clarity and confidence.

Neurodivergent adults

Support for self-understanding, routines, executive function, communication, and life changes in a way that respects how you work best. Get unstuck and fight shame and guilt.

Parents and families

Guidance that helps families understand patterns, reduce friction, and communicate more clearly while supporting each person with compassion.

Supporters and professionals

Coaching-informed insight for educators, organizations, community groups, and other professionals who want more effective ways to support neurodivergent people.

You do not need a label to need support

Supporting Sunflowers also welcomes people who struggle with time blindness, starting tasks, completing tasks, memory challenges, executive function, or sensory issues, even if they do not have a formal diagnosis or do not identify as neurodivergent.

Coaching that starts with your life

The goal is not to make you fit someone else’s system. The goal is to understand what helps you function, communicate, and grow in ways that are realistic and sustainable.

Language, tools, and support

Coaching can help you identify what you need, explain it more clearly to others, and build practical supports that make everyday life feel more manageable.

What support can look like

Everyday executive-function support

Coaching can help with organization, routines, time awareness, task initiation, follow-through, memory challenges, and practical strategies for daily life.

Self-understanding and communication

You can learn to recognize your patterns, strengths, needs, and sensory realities, then build language that helps other people understand you more clearly.

Transitions, family support, and growth

Support is individualized for life changes, relationships, family systems, and the environments that help people thrive instead of masking or suppressing who they are and how they feel.

What guides this work

Compassion without judgment

Supporting Sunflowers is not about fixing neurodivergent people or teaching them to hide who they are. Coaching starts with understanding, respect, and practical support.

Strengths-based and individualized

Each person brings different strengths, needs, patterns, and support challenges. Coaching is shaped around the individual, not around a one-size-fits-all system.

Practical help for real life

This work focuses on strategies, tools, communication, and environments that help people thrive. It does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.

Take the next step with support that fits you

If you could improve one thing in your life, what would it be? You can reach that goal, and you do not have to figure it out alone. Let me show you how I can help, in just one session.
